It's true. After 50 years in television and 35 on The Price is Right, the 83 year-old is leaving. I just don't know who they'll find to replace him! Will the Price become nothing but reruns without his tanned, wrinkled face gracing the screen?
Okay this is just the best line from that article: "He said he'd take on a movie role if the right one came along, but filmmakers, take note: 'I refuse to do nude scenes. These Hollywood producers want to capitalize on my obvious sexuality, but I don't want to be just another beautiful body.'"
I heard that terrible news this morning on the news. I almost cried... it's true, my worst nightmare is about to unfold... what will I do without my daily hour of Bob Barker?? Can I survive? and what is The Price is Right without him? Sure, they replaced the announcer twice, since they for some reason couldn't seem to live as long as Bob. but can it go on without Bob Barker?!
Maybe they should just flip the whole show around and have an attractive, older, tan female as the host and young, sexily dressed males as the models. :-D
